We offer month-to-month leases, meaning no long-term commitment. You can lease for as long as you need, or as little as one month.

Convenience is our goal; therefore we offer 24/7 drive-in access, under video surveillance.

You care about your stuff and we do too. Our facility is monitored by security cameras 24/7, and high security disc locks are provided to every tenant. You can feel confident that your belongings are safe and secure with us.

Renters insurance is not required. However tenants are liable for the personal contents of their unit. Your homeowners or renters insurance policy may already include these belongings, so we encourage tenants to check their policy before purchasing any additional insurance.

Notice is requested 30 days before moving out.

Climate controlled units are heated in the winter, and cooled in the summer. This protects any of your belongings that can be damaged by the effects of drastic temperature changes such as photographs, electronics, antiques, as will as items made of wood or plastic.

You can book a storage unit two weeks in advance; We encourage you to call in advance to check on availability, as some unit sizes are in higher demand at a given time or season.

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit. You can pay in person or mail-in payments.
